The final result is outstanding
A life-time goal for me was to have nice teeth. Paul was very meticulous and planned my restorative treatment based on extensive assessments. His detailed report provided 5 additional clinical reasons (not just appearance) for the proposed work. I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss options with him. Sedation enabled the work to be done with minimal 'fuss' (and is highly recommended). The final result is outstanding and my whole mouth has been improved thanks to Paul's skills. I am really pleased with the outcome. All of the staff that were involved were friendly, kind and supportive. I highly recommend Moody Terrace Dental Practice and am pleased to continue with them for long-term dental care.

Moody Terrace Dental Practice - My experience
Perhaps it would be good practice to not suggest patients to have an X-ray unless clinically necessary. I had an x-ray last week which was suggested by dentist as I had not had one for a while and yet on recollection I had a n X-ray during my last routine dental check up. This is quite costly at £25 in addition to usual routine check up costs. Also I pay a regular monthly fee to belong to Moody Terrace Dental Practice.

Regarding your x-ray, we apologise that you felt this was taken unnecessarily - however we only take x-rays when clinically necessary and all previous x-rays are kept in your records indefinitely. Your feedback has come through from 'anonymous' so we are unable to contact you directly, but please do to get in touch with our patient experience co-ordinator, Lauren, who can arrange a chat with your dentist to discuss why an x-ray was taken if this would be helpful and reassuring. My experience
My appointment with the dentist was on time.
I was back in the waiting room at 4.11
The hygienist appointment was 24 minutes later, which when you are taking time off work is not good.
Perhaps if you cannot keep to nearer the time of appointment take less on. I was not the only one with a complaint the girl on the chair next to me waited 12 mins for her appointment

6 monthly check up
I have been with the practice now for 10 years and have, very confidently and happily, had Robin as my dental expert all the time. Today’s 6 monthly check up was as thorough as always and I was seen before my actual appointment time. I will go back and will see Vicky again for my hygienist treatment on Monday. Thank you.
