I had my teeth straightened and the service couldn’t have been better from start to finish.
Catie was so passionate about her work making sure every aspect of the treatment was perfect. She dealt with my request about one of my teeth which hadn’t quite turned as much as I wanted. This extended my course of treatment but didn’t impact the target date which was my son’s wedding and I was able to smile confidently for the photos.

This was an emergency appointment which I requested at 08:00 and was seen promptly at 12:30. It was agreed by both of us what treatment was necessary and this was completed within 20 minutes. I was included in all discussions and decisions and the end result is good.

Sally took the time to explain things to me and addressed the things that made me anxious, resulting in a positive experience.

An excellent experience
I am from the generation ( a long time ago) where dentists were feared and it really hurt. We talk about the good old days, well, there was nothing good about the dental procedures where I lived.
Today has been good, in fact, actually pleasant. People who are trained well, have good conversation and their knowledge, expertise and empathy show an understanding of how patients feel and think. I would come close to say an excellent experience overall. Perhaps I had no work done but you get my drift.
