The professionalism and friendliness of the reception staff and dental team is outstanding. The dentists had an excellent rapport with me during my recent root canal and crown treatment. Everything was carefully explained and I was treated as a person, not a resource. Other practices should take note!

Brilliant hygienist
I have today seen Roxette for a teeth clean and it was the best and most pain free teeth clean I have ever had. What’s more is she was so friendly and lovely that it helped to relax me even more. Brilliant hygienist and brilliant all round customer service and experience. Thank you Roxette, I will never feel as nervous again as long as it’s you I’m visiting!
I then went on to see Paul Davies for my twice yearly check-up and once again I received a plus one friendly, customer care experience.
ALL of the staff at Moody Terrace including the dental assistants and receptionists are just the most friendly and helpful people. They really are a credit to the profession and worth every penny of my monthly plan subscriptions.

All the staff made me at ease
From the helpful girl on reception, to the nurse and Paul the dentist, who between them made the whole experience pain free. I had not made an appointment but was experiencing pain in one of my molars. In under 3 minutes I had an appointment with Paul the dentist and was seen within 3 hours! All the staff made me at ease and although I received no treatment I wasn’t made to feel as though I’d wasted their time. Thank you for your care.
