Kept me informed throughout

Just had a tooth extraction carried out by Dr Robin Carson. Prior to commencing the treatment he explained fully what the process entailed and further kept me informed throughout the treatment ensuring I was comfortable before moving onto each next stage, which made me feel completely at ease. Prior to the appointment I was extremely anxious however Dr Carson made me feel a lot calmer and the whole appointment passed very quickly and more importantly very painlessly! Thank you so much!

I found the practise office staff and dentist to be extremely helpful and informative, explaining possible treatment in full detail. I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending them and the premises were also very clean. although undergoing renovations hence 4 stars.

My experience

I am very happy with Moody Street Dental Practice as a patient of many, many years. It would be good to receive a cost structure and info when prices are going up instead of receiving the bill at the end of the service. Maybe this is not possible.

Checkup and hygiene visit

Extremely satisfied with my dental checkup and hygiene visit. I am usually very anxious when going to the dentist but they made me feel at ease. The receptionists were very professional and approachable. Definitely a top quality dental practice.

Even though working under difficult condition, this had no impact on me as a patient. All the staff were considerate, explaining what they were doing and did a first class job.
