I went to see Jocelyn, supported by Molly, at the dentist today for a hygiene appointment. Can't recommend enough! She was thorough, kind, gentle and efficient. She explained what she was doing at every step. Honestly, if Carlsberg did dental hydiene... She's brilliant. I'm really not a fan of visiting the dentisst and often cleans can hurt. Not this time. I would have no hesitation in going again, but I'll definitely ask to see her again. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic. Thought I'd never say that after years of delaying going back to the dentist after previous bad experiences at another place years ago. They all put me at ease with their professionalism. Guiding me through the procedure I had done step by step. Made me feel very comfortable and that has put me back on the right track for future visits. Thankyou to all the team at moody terrace. Fully recommend a visit. Just don't leave it as long as I did.

I had sudden severe pain in mouth, behind eyes, together with a headache. The receptionist staff worked hard with the dentist to get me an appointment ASAP. I was diagnosed with an infected, given antibiotics and an appointment to have the tooth extracted.

Great staff and service. My only criticism is that I tend to have appointments towards the end of the day and I don't think you have ever been running on time. Or anywhere near on time!

My experience
Thought the hygienist was “too heavy handed” around my teeth. Luckily, I’m quite comfortable in visiting the dentist, but someone else more nervous or anxious, would have hate it. Shame the previous hygienists have left. Thought they were far more friendly, attentive, caring, yet professional, about myself.

The staff make visiting the dentist a far less stressful event than it used to be.
Jocelyn, my dental hygienist, today took the time to explain everything that she was doing and took great care to put me at ease. The results of her cleaning were excellent.
Paul, my dentist, I have utmost confidence. He too explains every step, working carefully to ensure a great service. I am almost looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic team at moody terrace. The ladies on reception are always so kind, welcoming and helpful. As someone who struggles with mental health, they make it very comfortable for me. My dentist Adam is fantastic. The whole family use him despite many of us now living quite a distance from Congleton - we still make the journey because Adam is fantastic.
