Excellent. Totally painless repair of my broken tooth.

Grateful for the empathy and reassurance shown by Robyn during my recent visit. Despite having my tooth removed which is not what I had hoped for I was provided with an explanation that I understood which included my options and next steps and timescales involved. I couldn’t fault my experience, Robyn as always was great. Thankyou!

Welcoming and friendly as usual, and a very well-equipped practice.

Firstly, I moved to Congleton 34 years ago and have been with Moody Terrace the entire time with absolutely no issues with the staff, the quality of service and the expert treatment I have always received and for which I am very grateful.
My feedback concerns the quality of communications by using IT. As an IT professional my whole working life I take an interest in such things. It is great that you are using SMS text messages to advise of appointments but things get messy when multiple appointments are scheduled.

Before the following messages were received, I had made an appointment to see Katie on Thursday 5th June at 08:00 by speaking to a receptionist on the phone. This was the only appointment I was aware of and in my calendar.

The following sequence of messages was then received:-

Monday 2nd June at 09:09 -
Hi Nigel, it's the Moody Terrace & Albert Place Dental team here! An appt on Tue 3rd @ 12:00 has just become available. Reply "Book" or Call us on 01260 272657 asap if this suits, otherwise please ignore this message.

I was available so replied 'Book' at 09:13

Hi Nigel, thanks for responding, your appt has successfully been moved forward to Tue 3rd @ 12:00. See you then! ..received at 09:14.

Based on the last message I deleted the previous appointment with Katie on 5th June at 08:00 from my calendar and assumed my appointment with her was now 3rd June at 12:00

Tuesday 3rd June at 07:00 -
Hi Nigel, it's the Moody Terrace team here. Your appt is 03/06/25 at 12:00.

All good and confirmation of my appointment later.

At 09:08 I receive another message -
Hi Nigel, it's the Moody Terrace team here. Your appt is 05/06/25 at 08:00.

At this point I'm confused because I thought the appointment on 5th June at 08:00 had been brought forward to 3rd June at 12:00

I turned up at Moody Street at 11:45 to discover that I was seeing the hygienist at 12:00 and not Katie and the appointment on Thursday 5th June at 08:00 still stands.

My issue is that the messages don't include any reference to who the appointment is with and when multiple appointments are scheduled it is essential to know which message refers to which appointment.

Excellent efficient service as usual. I have been using this Dental Practice for many years, always been more than happy with the service and never had cause or reason to complain.

Everything was very good as always and I thank everyone for all they do.

Great dental practice at Moody Terrace. My dentist Paul and his dental assistant Emily are first class. They listen carefully, explain procedures step by step, undertake the surgery with great care and as they say are "always here should there be any problems". Reception staff also very friendly and seek to address any issues as soon as possible.
