All reception staff are friendly, welcoming and highly approachable. Louise(dental Hygienist) is outstanding and highly professional. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else even if an NHS dentist were to open and accept new patients. I feel I have the best practice at Moody Terrace.

Explained my treatment
I'd had problems with my front teeth for a while and was dreading any treatment. However once I met Robin he put me at ease straight away as he explained my treatment and all went to plan.

I was especially impressed by her listening to me about my concerns I had about my teeth, the thoroughness of her examination and her attention to detail. Initially referred to this practice just over a year ago by my longstanding NHS provider for ageing teeth issues needing, among other things, specialist curved root canal remediation on both sides of my mouth and also a couple of extractions. Not normally fun experiences. Yet somehow at times they nearly were! Dr Robin Carson's natural geniality and light humour helped destress the situation for me, and often I was listening more to his soothing explanations about what was going on in my mouth than the drill! After the sessions were over I was delighted he accepted my request for him to become my permanent dentist. I have also been treated by a couple of his colleagues in other specific specialities in the building. They've been great too! In summary I'm most impressed with the overall service they all provide and recommend the practice and, not forgetting the ever helpful reception team, most highly.

When I approached reception they checked and politely directed me to the waiting room. I was called up on time. Rob went through the procedure and explained the X-ray. He carried out the procedure and explained every thing as he went along and checked on my comfort. At the end of the first part he explained what had been carried out and what he we do next time. I could not have expected more.
