The professional service received at Moody Dental Practice has always been first class, would highly recommend the Practice, all the staff are always very professional.

Very pleasant visit with hygienist Louise today, very professional and expertly carried out as usual.

Surprised to be charged for an additional hygiene appointment which I had not appreciated was a new.element of my routine care. Perhaps this needs clarification when appointments are booked

My two dental implants went well with Adam and the nurse keeping me informed as to what was happening at every stage of my roughly 90 minutes in the chair. This is the longest single period of dental procedure of my 60 plus years. I can think of more comfortable experiences however they could not have done more to ease me through the process. I stress this was discomfort as opposed to pain. Afterwards, Adam explained the items on the estimate which had not been required which helped too!
Sutures to be removed next followed by fitting the crowns.
Front desk staff happy for me to sit in the waiting room afterwards as the effects of the local anaesthetic in my upper and lower mouth seemed to me to need to subside a little more.

Recently I had a check up at Moody Terrace both Hygiene and dental. I was seen promptly and the hygienist and dentist were lovely. We covered any concerns I had and was advised that I could reduce my visits which I put down to their care and good dental advice. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring dental treatment.

Paul Davies and his lovely dental nurse were very professional and caring throughout my treatment today.

First class treatment from everyone from initial telephone enquiry to finished procedures with dental practitioners. All professional, polite & welcoming.

As I share a Google account with Mike, I wanted to do a review of Moody Terrace Dental Practice. I had an emergency appointment on Wednesday 4th December with Tom Bartlett - issues with a tooth (obviously!) that was giving me a lot of grief. Tom was brilliant, spent a lot of time on the tooth to make it less painful, followed by a root canal treatment yesterday with Rob to be followed by a second appointment to finish off the treatment. Rob was great as well, kept me informed with what he was doing, and made sure I coped with the treatment OK. Have a second appointment later in December to finish off the procedure. Beth and Alison on the front desk were so helpful and friendly. It is a really nice dental practice and is very well organised.

7th April, just had another appointment with Tom for more dental work - a long session, but Tom kept me informed all the time re what was happening and about to happen. Tom is painstaking with what he does to make sure that his patient gets the best result Jinnie Edwards

Having a filling at this dental practice was my best experience ever at any dentist! Everything was explained. There was no pain. When I mentioned that my jaw aches when it is open for any length of time - a silicone block was placed in my mouth which solved this issue (I never knew that these existed!). Plenty of time was allowed for the appointment so all was calm.

Very efficient and friendly staff as always.

We've been with them for years and they've always been excellent. Helpful advice, professionally and they always try to fit you in if there's a problem.

Always a very friendly welcome at the practice, Tom explained clearly to me a query I had about my composite bonds, and then Jocelyn cleaned my teeth explaining everything she was doing, very helpful.
