Have been a customer for years and seems to be getting increasingly difficult to get an appointment with my dentist and hygienist together for my six monthly check up going over the recommended six month check up … been a customer of the practice for over fifty years .. sometimes don’t feel valued

Great service as always during my latest visit.
The problems with this practice is that they are over subscribed for appointments. Despite paying for a 6monthly service it’s impossible to get appointments within the 6 months period.

The standard of care is very high
Until 9 or 10 years ago I had nhs dental treatment, so paying for private treatment goes against the grain. That said the standard of care at Moody Terrace is very high and the staff are really caring.

A very relaxed atmosphere
My appointment today with Robyn Carson was very positive. I had two injections to my upper gums prior to treatment, both of which were painless. The treatment was as per plan and Robyn and his nurse created a very relaxed atmosphere.
I frequently recommend Moody Terrace Dental Practice to family and friends.

I saw Paul for an emergency appointment as I was in severe pain with my tooth. He was wonderful and explained that due to the extent of the crack in the tooth the only option was an extraction. I am very grateful to him he made a stressful situation as calm as possible.
