I have been referred to Moody Terrace by my dentist for specialist treatment. From the first contact staff were helpful and friendly. On arrival Connie was awaiting with a lovely smile snd warm welcome. I was seen by Dr. Carson who instantly put me at ease, explained everything in detail which gave me full confidence I was in the best hands.

Vicki Cooper what an absolute star!!!!
Knowing I had a slight fear of dentists but needing an extraction, she went above and beyond to reassure me, get me an appointment and inform the dentist and assistant of my fears. The whole experience was easier than I could have ever imagined. Friendly smiling receptionists, Paul the dentist and Sam his assistant were brilliant and made me feel at ease and explained everything. The procedure was virtually painless and over in a flash. Thank you to everyone at Moody Terrace for making my experience a good one………but most of all, thanks to Vicki.

I cant recommend this practice enough. After a traumatic experience with a NHS dentist I decided to go private for a tooth extraction. Paul talked me through everything and understood that I was nervous. He got the tooth out in about 20 seconds with zero pain or discomfort. I felt in shock that it had been so easy and so fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Visited the practice recently for my 1st appointment for a root canal filling. Dr Carson was very friendly, professional & put me at ease straightaway. I am extremely happy with the outcome & service provided, no pain or discomfort experienced. I am usually a very nervous patient , but feel I will be more at ease when attending my 2nd appointment in a few weeks.
