On arrival very pleasant staff. Waiting room so relaxing. First appointment with the hygienist Vicky who made me feel comfortable. She made an excellent job before my appointment with Adam who I trust explicitly after having implants earlier this year. He has a very gentle touch and so look forward to my visit in six months time.

I once again can only praise Moody Dental Practice. Having broke a tooth I was able to book an appointment at short notice. Laying on the dentist chair is a nervous experience but Katie Sherlock was terrific as were her assistant. As the various instruments were passed between each other seamlessly and with command I relaxed knowing I was in the hands of two extremely talented practitioners. The end result was a painless rebuilt tooth. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Moody Dental Practice

I had my regular checkup and hygienist visit. It was professional, went very smoothly and was on time. The new hygienist was nice and did a good job, and Robin was his usual happy self, and did a good job

Like a lot of people I am apprehensive of going to the dentist. I needed to have a wisdom tooth out and Adam and Paul were brilliant, totally put me at my ease explaining the procedure to me and suggested as I was so nervous to think about sedation. They went through it with me and I decided to go for sedation and I am glad I did. Paul talked me through everything he was going to do before he did it on the day and I didn’t feel anything and afterwards couldn’t remember the procedure. If anyone is nervous that is the way forward I can recommend it. I also had two fillings at other appointments and once again Paul was brilliant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, from the receptionists to the dental nurses, hygienists and dentists they are all fantastic.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. A sense that you're not simply a client as in that staff recall/remember you. Thank you so much for your professionalism and service. I am however concerned about disability access for the future as my mobility can be restricted and may worsen. No bilateral handrail for stairs, no through floor lift for wheelchair access to all floors, stairlift for example. Are there any level access treatment rooms available on ground floor? Perhaps the Dental Practice is a listed building?-- I am not aware. In any case thank you so much yet I'm worried for my continuation of dental mngement in the future so thought I would let you know.
