I have been using this practice for over 20 years now and have always been treated in a kind, friendly, patient and respectful manner from all of the staff. My dental history has had many issues ranging from severe decay to damage from injury and even including major surgery on my jaw. During this time the surgeons have successfully carried out many procedures including root canal fillings, crowns and even a splint to retain an otherwise lost tooth. They have always thoroughly explained any treatment options and given time for consultation. I now live over 20 miles away but wouldn't even consider using another practice. Reposted 4/9/24, with the same opinion.

I recently moved to Congleton and after searching for a dentist I landed on Moody Terrace. It’s been night and day compared with my old dentist, with a particular shoutout to Paul who has been great. After putting off a wisdom tooth extraction for a long time, Paul helped me realise it was a problem that wouldn’t go away. I’ve since had it out in a quick, painless and easy procedure that has healed up in no time whatsoever - can’t believe I put it off so long! Strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I recently had what I would call quite a major procedure carried out. Although I am not as nervous as I used to be because of what I faced - a one hour appointment followed by a 30 minute appointment two weeks later - my nerves came back to a somewhat larger degree. Paul Davies the Dental Surgeon I saw for the first time after I lost part of a tooth took the time to outline my options and when it came time for the first part of the procedure put me at my ease straight away. I never felt the numbing injection he administered on both occasions of my treatment and bearing in mind he knew I was more than a little nervous endeavoured to make me as comfortable as he could. I coped alot better than I thought I would thanks to his understanding of how I felt.
I have been with Moody Street Dental Practice for many years and have no hesitation in recommending them. All the staff are most professional. I have regular appointments with the Dental Hygienists who also take the time to advise me on how best to care for my teeth. All in all a great team!

All the staff at the practice are friendly, helpful and professional and the dental work I’ve had so far has been excellent. The anaesthetic is given with care as painlessly as possible and when I had an emergency problem recently they saw me very quickly.
I’ve had a few experiences with dentists who have been a bit ‘rough’ whilst providing treatment or have lectured me in the past but they are completely the opposite at Moody Terrace. I’m perfectly at ease attending this practice and would recommend them to anyone who dislikes dentists appointments as you probably won’t mind them anymore after attending this practice!!
