I thought the forms that needed filling in before the visit yesterday were a little over the top . Most of the information must surely be in my records already kept by the practice .
On arrival was impressed with the staff & the cleanliness of Moody Terrace . I noted in the waiting room there were no longer any pamphlets or magazines to avoid transmission of Covid .
I felt safe during my visit & was pleased after a year to see my lovely dentist & meet the new hygienist . It has been a long time .
I assume that the Practice plan will be adjusted accordingly as that is a whole year with no check up or treatment - which is important at my age .
Happy with everything else .
Appreciate it’s a learning curve for us all & that for the staff at Moody Terrace their working lives have changed dramatically .

I cannot praise this dental practice enough. So well organised and such high levels of cleanliness and respect for Covid safety. I felt completely safe and well supported by all staff members. Many thanks to this amazing team who have kept us fully updated throughout lockdown and have approached the difficulties faced in a positive ‘can do’ manner. With integrity, much needed humour, great attention to detail and practicality they have ensured that any anxieties about returning to the practice have been completely overcome. My sincere thanks to Nick and the wonderful team he is fortunate enough to work with.
