Since my 1 consultation online to my 1st visit my whole experience was flawless. Got all my appointments very quick and I got to choose when best suited. The receptionist jacky is super friendly and also remembers patients names, she makes sure you leave happy and always has a smile on her face. I opted in for braces at Waldron and I am loving my experience I am 4 months in and I can see the drastic change. They communicate with patients very well and show you results before and after

Jacklyn at reception is lovely, always kind and polite and keen to help.
I have been going to this practice for about a year now and overall I am happy with my treatment and my dentist at the time (he has now left). Since the new year there have been some admin hiccups and it seems that it is difficult to find a dental checkup appointment soon enough nowadays however I really rely on Jacklyn and how keen she is to sort out any issues.
