Waldron Dental - New Cross

I have so much gratitude for the staff here. I started going to Waldron Dental because I wanted a closer clinic instead of having to travel to my previous one. The reviews here are what made me start.

This place is so busy - with good reason - and every time I speak with anyone at the front desk they are quick and efficient at getting me an appointment, even when they're crazy busy. (Stevie was the one that helped me most recently!)

My first hygiene appt was with Ronece, who I think unfortunately has moved on to another clinic, but she virtually rescued my teeth and gums by explaining to me how I had been mis-taught to brush and floss pretty much my entire life, and teaching me about gum disease. It was a shocker, one that I needed to hear. I've changed my methods every since this appointment.

I since have been going to Panos for hygiene appts, and he is equally wonderful: kind, informative, answers all my questions patiently, genuinely a wonderful experience despite my anxieties.

And Dr. Zainab Vasanwala - wow, I have never felt so safe in the dentist chair. Somehow in adulthood I have developed sometimes severe dental phobia, so having someone who I feel I can trust working on my teeth is paramount. She is such a professional, and I enjoy listening to her impart her knowledge to the dental assistant working alongside her. I get the sense she's a great teacher. The cherry on top is how empathetic she is. I hope she's around as long as I live in this area, I never want to leave her!

I still remember the first time I set foot in Waldron Dental to begin my braces treatment. It was my first appointment and during the conversation with the orthodonist, he asked me why do I want to have braces? I knew the answer but I couldn't give it to him because at the time, I was very skeptical about whether I will see any results.

During the whole duration of the treatment, I saw how my teeth were changing, which made me very hopeful about the end result. As for the service, the staff were friendly and professional however, there have been times where the service was a bit of a let down, which had me re-think twice about the practice or interrupting the treatment.

Nevertheless, I am happy that the service has gotten better and now about two years later, I am very happy with the way my teeth look. Thank you Waldron Dental for putting a smile on me.

I was trying to find a dental practice who can book me earlier then May since most dental practice around the area are booked up until May. To my surprise Waldron dental practice had immediate availability.

Receptionist was very friendly in person and via call and solve my issue with signing up with the clinic on the phone. Their system they use is very organised and clear. As well as the website has all the information and easy to navigate.

I visited the Hygienist due to my teeth being stain and calculus/plaque formation. Dr N. Jolapara and Dental nurse was friendly and welcoming. Throughout the procedure he was explaining everything he was doing so it was reassuring. He answer all my question on my teeth and gave me a few advices. I left the Waldron Dental practice feeling more confident in my smile and had great experience! Thank you!

there prices are unbeatable honestly i was searching for ages to find a cheap place for braces and not even turkey could beat waldrons prices i highly recommend them even if u have to travel a few hours its so worth it

i had a expander plate for roughly a month at 17 (50:50 chance it wouldnt work but it did ) and it pushed my teeth out so much, the dentist who did them did put it slightly off and it was nearly forcing my tooth out by the end BUT it was taken off at the next appointment by a different dentist as it worked enough, then gave it a month for them to settle again before putting the braces on and so far i have had them on about 2 months and honestly there all most completely straight im shocked, so far iv only paid £659 for stuff that would have cost me £4000+ elsewhere! ( top/bottom braces and a expander plate )

Excellent. I had braces throughout lockdown. Best choice, best service, best decision. However on two occasions I had a different orthodontists, I'd have liked the same person. Nevertheless still excellent

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I AM NOT SURE AS TO WHY THE STANDARD HAS DROPPED.

Both my adult children have invested a few thousand pounds and both have experienced ill fitting and broken braces and retainers. Unanswered calls, appointments one month away and teeth moving back to the original positions. Sarcasm from staff and people not taking responsibility and lies. Every single conversation has been recorded and the matters will now become legal. Do not invest your time or energy with these people. I could go further but it is apparent they treat people ‘differently’ enough is enough!

I was 45!! Yes, I got my braces in age of 45 hence I was extremely sceptical about the result and also about my teeth health after. And here I am, 6 moths after the treatment. Everything was absolutely fine! The team was great, very knowledgeable and professional. No issues whatsoever. And that was the best birthday gift I ever got for myself. I smile all the time. Highly recommended place.

Great place to get orthodontic work done. I got my braces couple years ago and back again recently for my new retainers. Staff are kind and attentive. I would recommend Waldron Dental for your dental work and needs.

I always have a great experience at this place. Everyone is very friendly and makes sure that I am receiving the best care. I'm currently doing my Invisalign treatment and everything is going well!

Waldron Dental staff were extremely organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent follow through and even a call to my dentist to coordinate what they were doing and the future procedure. His work on my teeth with implants was impeccable and i cant notice which is the tooth that was missing. The results were great and exactly as I expected. Thank you Waldron Dental and staff for a job well done!

The treatment for my gum recession was done expertly and I never felt like I was not in control of my treatment pathway. Very caring and attentive dentists and for me this makes all the difference.

Exceptional service! After an on going gum issue I contacted Waldron Dental about resolving the issue. Dr Shanka the hygienist that I saw was absolutely superb from the moment I arrived. Polite, friendly and gave me excellent advice as to where I'd been going wrong previously whilst brushing and maintaining oral health. After an initial deep clean, combined with the advice given and regular hygiene appointments my gums are healthier than ever.

Can’t rate this practice highly enough. I’ve just finished Invisalign and boutique whitening and I’m so pleased with the results.
