Waldron Dental - New Cross

SO happy with my Invisalign results! Dr Shanka was realistic about timelines, constantly checked in and gave me all the info I needed throughout the process. He also did some composite bonding and my teeth couldn’t be more perfect!!! Wish I had done it sooner

This is my second review in addition to my original review I left below earlier.

Today 08/08/2023 remarks the end of my braces journey with Waldron Dental clinic.

I cannot recommend this place any more! I had big gaps between my tooth with weird structured front tooth. Waldron Dental Clinic team was able to close all gaps and give me the natural Hollywood smile.

It is money that is well spent and if time goes back I will still chose Waldron Dental Clinic over any other clinic.

The team there is very skilled, patient and you feel directly that they know what they are doing. They are always willing to answer all questions and explain what they are doing and why!

Also, a point that is very worth mentioning, for the retainers, they have an advanced technological equipment that takes a 3D copy of your tooth when you take your braces off. It is 10x more accurate than the traditional moulding technique that all Dental Clinics use! The retainers I received were fitting is perfectly from the first time!!

Mr. Grant from Waldron Dental Clinic has just served me via a phone call - 13.08.2022. I don’t really usually leave reviews but he absolutely deserves. I need to say that I absolutely had one of the best customer experiences in terms of help for personal reasons. Mr. Grant did not even hesitate to help and he just straightaway understood that we all as human beings we face sudden personal issues that wouldn’t help us to attend an appointment
Speaking about him, his voice was very clear and the phone quality was superb. I did not fail to miss a single word, not as what we experience nowadays on customer service phone calls from other companies. His voice tune was very calming as well and he tried to make the phone call cheerful and he didn’t fail to put a smile on my face this morning!

I used Waldron Dental for Invisalign and it was amazing! The package they offer was really comprehensive and appointments were easy to book. Most importantly dentist was a lovely and professional dentist who communicated really well and made me feel comfortable and in control throughout the process. Would recommend this clinic very highly!

Had 2x implants this year and would have them over again if I had to.From start to finish, everything was well explained, well prepared and pretty much painless, apart from the bill 😀 but that's to be expected.

All staff and Dentist were excellent and professional whilst making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process which spanned nearly 6 months. Well worth the time and investment as a smile is priceless and am over the moon to have mine back.

I visited Dr Shanka at Waldron Dental on the recommendation of my sister. I had my teeth straightened using clear braces and then the fronts were filled and smoothed to equal the heights. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved and I was thrilled with the results. Dr Shankar and all the staff at the clinic are lovely and I've since decided to join the clinic as a patient.

All 3 of my children, as teenagers, have had their teeth straightened with braces fitted here. They all have beautifully straight teeth which they will have for the rest of their lives and I'm very grateful by the professionalism of all of the interactions and appointments that my husband and I have attended over the last years or so. Thanks to you the whole team and the Waldron Dental.

The Invisalign process has been amazing, my teeth have been completely straightened out without the need for wires or train tracks. The Waldron Dental team gave great support throughout.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a year now. I find it easy to get a Saturday appointment if I call in advance.
The staff on reception are welcoming, especially their new MOS. He has such great energy..
the dental staff provide you with enough time to share any concerns, but if all is well. You’re in and out within no time. They’ve taken great care of my teeth this past year and half.
I initially went for braces but will now be using Waldron as my dental practice for routine and hygienists appointments.

Super friendly and welcoming reception staff 🥰 Treatment coordinators were lovely and explained everything clearly. Would recommend.
