Excellent customer service from start to finish. Special thanks especially to the hygienist Ronece who did a fantastic job and offered invaluable reassuring advice and the dental nurse Mabina who was very professional and diligent, to the receptionist who bothered to ask how I felt after the treatment. They all couldn't do enough for me! Altogether a very pleasant atmosphere/ experience, well done

After having a huge fear of dentist and not seeing one for many years I was very nervous about going but due to pain I had to go. I was informed that I would need some of my teeth to be removed. I had my first tooth removed yesterday and I can honestly say they were brilliant. They kept me at ease, understood my anxiety and fear and the best bit.... they took my tooth out with out any pain or discomfort. Absolutely amazing.
I have to go back for another tooth extraction and I have no fear about seeing this wonderful team again. Thank you all so much.

Having come across the offer on Groupon, I decided to book an appointment for a consultation to have braces. I was given thorough advice on whether I should or shouldn't have braces due to some complications with my gums/teeth. We decided that having braces only on the upper arch would be the best option for me. I have regular appointments with Anna Ivanova (who is such a delight) and she adjusts my braces every 5-6 weeks. It's been 4 months since I've started and I can see positive changes/teeth moving into the appropriate spaces. My journey is for a year so looking forward to see the final results, thank you so much to Anna and her colleague for looking after my teeth.

Highly recommend! I visit Waldron every month for my braces and have nothing but good experiences. The staff are always so polite and friendly. The practice is spotless and very professional. I travel 2 hours to get to Waldron and it’s definitely worth it!
