1 negative - NOT staff fault. Phone line problem. Even on a Saturday when you ring it says that the practice is closed - this made me think my appointment date was wrong as I was booked for the Saturday. Staff absolutely lovely. Super quick extraction.

Such friendly and well presented staff, very informative and gentle, I had a tricky procedure and didn’t feel a thing, all the while being talked through what was being carried out. Highly recommended.
