My experience
The dentist was patronising and accusatory in attitude. The right equipment was not available but no apology. There was zero communication about the treatment plan that day or at the future appt I was asked to book, no post visit care advice given. The team looked like they didn’t want to be there and clients/patients were a real inconvenience. I have no anxiety about dental treatment but really dread the lack of professionalism.

Exceptional with the children
We had a new dentist today and he was exceptional with the children. First time that my 3-year-old son has been brave enough to get on chair without me, open his mouth on instruction and have fluoride applied. Very happy with dental practice. Just wish forms could be filled out prior to the visit online as I often juggle children and form filling. Thank you.
