Extremely patient and very polite

Although the receptionist was on her own and it was getting busy, she was extremely patient and very polite. This was my first time at the clinic, having been referred. The lady dentist I saw was very professional, again very welcoming she talked me through my procedure and was genuinely interested in my well-being.
I wish this was my local dentist.
Thank you for making what’s normally a very anxious experience, one much easier to deal with.

A pleasant experience

I don’t think the dentist surgery has ever been one of my favourite places but today was different.
From the outset I was made to feel at ease and comfortable with what was going to happen, everything was explained in clear and simple terms but without being patronising.
The extraction went ahead and was painless, quite straightforward and also very quick.
All of the staff especially the surgeon were kind considerate and polite, turning the whole thing into quite a pleasant experience.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted. Bearing in mind it’s not a very pleasant procedure, the surgeon and his assistant were very professional, friendly and took me through every step of what was happening. Very reassuring and quality approach.
