Walking through the door there is a friendly atmosphere with the staff polite and courteous. The dentist was gentle, professional and informative through each step of the examination.

I am welcomed with a hello and my name as soon as I walk through the door from receptionist, the same when I see the Hygienist and colleague, always smiling and laughing, makes you feel really relaxed. My whole experience from start to finish was great.

The hygienist was very kind
I was late for my appointment, however when I arrived at the surgery.
I apologised and explained to the receptionist that I was caught in traffic. She went and spoke to the hygienist who agreed to fit me.
