Dental practice easy to find. On arrival receptionist helpful and accommodating. I did not have to wait long. Dental assistant welcoming and assuring. The dentist explained the process and told me what to expect during extraction. I had to have two removals, one being a wisdom tooth. I was advised that the injections would sting or hurt. I was expecting that. After the injection I was told there would be no pain during extractions. Absolutely correct. I was advised to take pain killers before anaesthetic wore off. I was also given an after-care form. All in all the treatment was very professional, and quick. I felt confident and was in good hands. I dread going to dentists, but the treatment was needed. I would recommend this Dentist and would say that I'm very happy with how the treatment went. Well done Newbury Dental Practice

Took real care to reassure me
The Surgeon who attended to me took real care to reassure me, throughout the procedure, thus helping me to keep calm and not to fear. Each step of the process was carefully monitored.
I was given detailed written instructions for post operative care, which I will follow to the letter.

Comfortable and relaxed
Practice clean, staff all very polite and helpful. I went in with a problem with a partial denture thinking I would need another appointment for work to be done. The work was done there and then and I came away a happy bunny. I feel comfortable and relaxed with my dentist, something I thought I would never say.
