Really good place! Went for a tooth extraction. Both of those that carried it out were great, found common ground and talked throughout it. Really good place to go as the staff are great!

Can't thank you enough
I was expecting to be on the waiting list for a year at least as I hadn't been since pre COVID. I was surprised when I got an appointment after only two months. Chris on reception was brilliant at getting hold of me, can't thank you enough. Efficient on the appointment despite obviously being rushed off their feet.

Brilliant from start to finish. Everyone was so lovely. Ali Malik was excellent, reassured me and explained everything as he could see I was nervous. Felt so much relaxed as I then knew I was in safe hands with Ali and his nurse.

I’ve never been a fan of the dentist, let’s face it who has? I’ve been using the same dentists for over 10yrs but not the same dentist. Emi was excellent very professional & communicated all the way thru the process, I still don’t like the dentist but it’s reassuring to know there are good dentists around. Fortunately they also squeezed in the hygienist at the same time which was much appreciated

First time at this surgery, from the moment I have arrived I was welcomed by lovely and smily receptionist. I was very scared and nervous but my dentist (Nikul) and his assistant were so lovely, welcoming and made sure I feel relaxed before having my tooth removed. I was explained everything and just when I thought he is just preparing and all is starting -he said all is done. Thank you

Newbury Dental Practice
My appointment was the first of the day at 8.30, the person I was seeing walked in at 8.37 as they arrived at work and I didn’t get seen until 8.45. I was then spoken to like a naughty 5 year old instead of a grown up who would like to be involved in an adult conversation about their own health. Really frustrating and not good client care. In the meantime I sat and listened to the reception team talking about an issue they had - very frustrating for them I agree but not very professional in front of clients. A positive though is that the reception team are always really friendly and the new internal redecs look much better.
