Given lots of advice

Made to feel welcome as always. Terry (Hygienist) is always fantastic, never feel rushed in any way. Given lots of advice and he’s made a big difference to the health of my teeth and gums. He’s a big asset to Newbury Dental Practice.

Brilliant

My oral surgeon and dental nurse were brilliant. They were so professional. My oral surgeon was excellent technically and also had a brilliant bedside manner. My dental nurse was really kind and reassuring.They worked really well as a team. This was all so helpful for me. Am quite needlephobic and also prone to fainting and they were lovely. They never made me feel idiotic or silly and were just kind. They worked really efficiently but nothing seemed rushed. My oral surgeon was very clear in his directions and plan going forward. I’d like to say thanks to both of them.

Appointment at short notice

I was offered a cancellation appointment at short notice for treatment. My dentist, Parneeta Basra, was so professional, kind and went out of her way to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend her and the practice to anyone who, like me, are a little scared of the dentist.
