A really friendly manner and built up a positive relationship despite a traumatic experience, even making me laugh several times! I had a wisdom tooth extraction, dentist was very friendly and explained everything that was happening, and very much put my mind at ease. I've never had a tooth out before but the dentist really helped make the process as relaxing as possible.
