The dentist who treats me is very nice, greets me and puts me at ease as I enter the room.

My experience

The only (slight) issue was there was a 'mix-up' with the booking - seemed to be "Double Booked" for some reason? So I had to wait another 20 mins or so, until I was "fitted in."

First impression

It was my first day with a new dentist therefore I was anxious about my appointment, However I have to say that my first impression was that Fariad Akbar was very friendly, patient and understanding of how I was feeling and within minutes of meeting him I was reassured and put right at ease while talking through my options and what treatment plan and self care I needed and gave me confidence in trusting his recommendations.
