Excellent service

I visited today for an annual check. As always I received excellent service! The friendly approach from reception staff carried on with the two staff in K’s room. I like the fact they were introduced by name to me. K is so efficient and explained everything thoroughly to me and gave choices in my treatment plan. Thank you.

The best service

Robyn is really nice, greeted me as I walked into the room. She's attentive and really cares, talked about the problem I'd been having. Then checked my teeth and gums, gave me advice on what she could do for me to ease some of the problems. I left feeling happy and happy that I got the best service and advice.

Talked me through treatment

Nervous at dentist, but with staff professionalism they showed empathy and talked to me and offered reassurance throughtout and talked me through treatment being given.

Was looked after very well by Claire and her nurse (Gwen I think. Not seen her before), checked everything that needed doing and got an appointment for December.
