I find the surgery depressing and uncomfortable. The time spent in the chair is not a nice experience and I leave thinking it has been a waste of time and money.

My experience
Kay has always been my preferred dentist at her practice. I have periodontal issues and I've got severe anxiety issues regarding losing more teeth. I asked to be referred to the dental hospital. My appointment yesterday for a filling was extremely uncomfortable and painful. I waited 3 months to to have my filling after check up. I am one of the rare minority who actually likes the dentist but after yesterday I feel different.
I feel Kay took asking to be referred personally however it's wasn't. I had a dentist at the practice who let me suffer with toothache for 7 weeks before seeing Kay who realised my tooth needed removing.

Mr Sundara was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He discussed my dental problems a gave clear advice on treatment options. I was very satisfied with his advice and subsequent treatment.

Lovely dentist
Wonderful Dentist surgery. The dentist Claire is such a lovely lady. She always puts me at ease and totally understands my anxiety. I can’t express enough how grateful both myself and family members are with the treatment we receive from Claire. The staff on the reception are lovely too. Very understanding and professional.

Excellent service by dentist and receptionist. Claire was brilliant, empathetic and she referred me to dental hospital without charging me a lot more then what my last private dentist quoted. She also referred to Heaton dental care and a huge thanks to her as i will be getting my first consultation for free. This is an excellent dental service, highly recommended.
