Exceptional care
I saw Aislinn for the first time yesterday 11th June 24.
She made me feel very much at ease. I found her & the dental nurse exceptionally helpful & kind.
My mouth/teeth were thoroughly examined. Aislinn explained treatment required and gave the most valuable advice on diet in general. Exceptional care.

Amazing with my 3 year old
Robyn and her assistant always make me feel so at ease especially since I have a major phobia of dentists & needles. Robyn is a breath of fresh air and a total credit to your surgery. She is also amazing with my 3 year old son - gaining his confidence.

Replace old dentures and some fillings
I was unsure what to do but was advised and given so much info I decided to go ahead with further treatment and so pleased I did even though not finished yet but am sure I have done the right thing.

I personally can't find fault with it
Southview Dental Centre is an excellent practice, I've been going there for over 30years and always see Kavita who is an excellent dentist, she's very caring, very patient with me as I have a dental phobia and always puts me at ease, I can't speak highly enough of kavita and the practice I personally can't find fault with it, the staff are all very helpful and pleasant.

Very nervous
I am a very nervous patient and Kay always puts me at ease. I am very anxious about my treatment as I am having to have some teeth removed and a denture fitted, the thought of this really terrifies me, but I know Kay and trust her. If you're a nervous patient I totally recommend Southview Dental Centre especially Kay.

Beware of up-selling
Can't fault the yearly checkup I've had but what does concern me is the up-selling of treatments and taking photos of my teeth to show me, it was too much. It made me feel pressured into spending a lot of money, which is a little unnecessary. £80 to clean teeth is excessive, was also brushed off as not that expensive. At one point I thought you’d be great on a car forecourt! Please change this as it wasn't needed, you really should only be advising on what the patient really needs not what would be great so you can make lots of cash. Shame, I left disappointed.
