My appointment ran like clockwork

My dentist Claire checked my teeth and gums and took some up-to-date X-rays and advised me to make an appointment to manage my gum disease with Sam. My appointment ran like clockwork, there was a technical issue with my X-ray from the computer but that’s all. Claire was friendly and professional as always.

Very good staff and procedure

Claire is an exceptional dentist and treats every patient in a great manner. She explains everything and makes time for you and your treatment does not feel rushed at all. She is very comforting and understanding of people's needs. A credit to Southview practice and dentistry in general.

Emergency appointment

I had an emergency appointment booked, the forms were easy to complete, the receptionist was very polite and friendly.
The dentist Matthew was so nice and very reassuring as I am terrible at the dentist, I have a phobia, he was very professional and explained everything to me, his nurse was very nice as well.

Excellent Dentist

Fully recommend Southview Dental Centre, I find the receptionist very friendly, polite and welcoming I received excellent treatment from Matthew the Dentist who who put me at ease straight away as I had an issue with one of my teeth, Matthew was great he examined my teeth and identified the issue straight away and explained what was causing the problem and proposed different treatment options that were available.
Great friendly professional service.
Totally recommend.
