Robyn was professional and thorough in the preparation for the crown and explained what she was going to do. My Only complaint was that from receiving the options and prices from my first visit is that I was informed that the price had gone up.

Bridge replacing a broken crown
Kay and her dental nurse always manages to make you feel really relaxed and welcome. I was distraught when a crown next to my front tooth came out and it was irreparable. Kay explained my options and temporarily put my crown back in to give me time to make a choice. I decided to have the root removed and a bridge fitted immediately after the root was removed. Kay removed the root so quickly and painlessly, I didn't even know it was out. It didn't take long to put the bridge in, and I felt I could smile again. Thank you so much, Kay. See you at my next check up appointment.
I have to mention that the reception staff are always very welcoming too!
