Received very good treatment on my teeth, very satisfied.

The bridge was a different procedure to what I expected and I was warned that it possibly could only last about 5 years whereas previous bridges have lasted forever or so it seems that way. I didn’t really understand why this bridge procedure was different but do trust my dentist to do the appropriate procedure for that particular tooth. At 82 years of age obviously the bite of my top and bottom teeth are not aligned as they might once have been and I am aware if that. However the finished look is good and I much prefer that to wearing a palate to cover a missing tooth.

Routine check up with Robyn revealed some hygiene issues so she referred me to the hygienist. Quick, efficient and to time appointment.

Thought I'd lost a filling so I rang the surgery and got an appointment on my 1st available day off. Went in on time, seen by Robyn who explained everything and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

I had a query about a filling that I had a few months ago. I had an appointment straight away and the matter was dealt with speedily and efficiently.

Always great service at SVDC from reception to my emergency appointment with Kay and her colleague.

Following severe pain on Sunday I contacted SVDC on Monday 830am and was seen within the hour. I was then able to see my regular dentist later that morning who gave me several options but crucially time to decide.

Absolute quality every time.

As far as the dentist goes it's not the most exciting place to go, but I felt quite relaxed as he talked through the process very good 1st class,after I my teeth pulled out my gums were bleeding for 3 days , I had a large cut on my gum and when the swelling gone down I noticed he had left part of my tooth there, I couldn't sleep on the right side of my face for a full week, my cheek was all bruised and swollen as well.when I phoned up and complained they asked me do I want to see the dentist who had done this to me I refused and said I wanted to see kay the dentist in charge of South veiw, when we spoke I complained to her and asked her for medicine, pain killers, she refused me she said I need to examine you first so I had to wait until the end of the month 20 odd days I was in agony, she asked me last night if I want the other side of my back teeth pulled out I refused straight away and told her I'd rather go to the dental clinic for the rest of my treatment, it's the 3rd time with 3 different dentists and ever time it's been a bloody nightmare. Not happy at all.

As always with Claire I had a really thorough check up and a forward plan put in place.Wonderful service from all the staff including reception. .
