Made me feel at ease
Service was outstanding from start to finish, never been here before so when I phoned 111 to try and get an emergency appointment, they gave me a few numbers, glad I phoned these, had me in within an hour, reception staff are friendly, I've never had that at any other surgery, dental nurse was lovely and made me feel at ease, they aren't taking on NHS clients but I pay for treatment so I've signed up with them to go private, I would highly recommend these for my first visit, I can't fault them.

A big thank you
I walked into surgery very nervous was met by Sam & Anne, their calmness had an enormous effect on my anxiety, Sam cleaned my teeth, l left the surgery feeling that l would be very happy to return knowing that all my fears and anxiety would addressed. A big thank you to both of them.

9:00am appointment but unfortunately had to wait 25 minutes due to overrun of previous client. But no problem as patient could have been me. Although, reception staff could have informed me of delay.
Once my treatment began I was treated with care and dignity. Dentist was both informative and professional.
Additional treatment explained and actioned.
My visit was a good experience and the Dentist MQ Matthew? not sure was excellent.
