Sympathetic and patient

I first visited this surgery many years ago very anxious and had a huge phobia of dentists, every dentist I have seen has been sympathetic and patient. Even though I have recently been given a new dentist I go with ease now

Tooth extraction

Was a pleasant experience. I've seen my dentist a few times and my dentist (Robyn) makes me feel relaxed and at ease, she's a lovely dentist, very professional and kind, a lovely lady, so overall the experience was fine.

Excellent dentist

My experience at Southview Dental has always been professional and caring. I have been with this dentist for a long time and Kay is exceptional, and very understanding overall, an excellent dentist.

Makes me feel so relaxed

Claire is a fabulous dentist who makes me feel so relaxed as I can get quite anxious. Claire has been very caring towards me on my visits as has Laura.

Overall a good experience. No work is needed but no scale and polish. I was asked to return in 12 months instead of the usual 6 months.

Friendly and courteous

The dentist took time to explain everything regarding my teeth and X-rays, while there was no immediate treatment necessary we did discuss some future work that I will consider having done, he was most informative, friendly and courteous.

Pleasant and efficient

Phoned in the early morning, got an appointment for the same day (which is surprising as the doctors can’t do the same) got my chipped tooth sorted, no problem, even given the choice of what kind of filling I would like. If anything happens in the future, the offer of further treatment was there. Staff are great, pleasant and efficient.
