Very good visit. Easy to make an emergency appointment. Receptionist was delightful. Sophia the dentist had read up on my case which was a bit complicated. Instilled confidence in me. Was very empathetic to my nervousness. Very competent giving me a temporary filling. Now await full scale appointment in 2 weeks.

Looked after very well by both Stephanie and Mr Moon, building works are an exciting improvement.
What would be useful if your system could confirm the appointment once made, you can send reminders and follow up, but can’t confirm appointments, which seems strange

As a very nervous patient, based on past traumas, Kelly supported me so authentically and with care throughout both of my treatments with her. She made me feel as relaxed as I could and had a great rapport. I genuinely think with time she could help me reduce my fears considerably. Plus an excellent job on my teeth both times. Thank you and in the nicest possible way I hope I don't have to see her again too soon.

Great service
I phoned at 9:00am seeking an urgent appointment to replace a large filling which had come out yesterday evening. I was given an appointment with Kelly at 11:20 and all was sorted before midday. Kelly was as usual friendly and very professional. Great service from Moons Dental Practice.
