The surroundings are lovely
I am so grateful for all of the professional care and support that I have received from Moon and his team. I am a nervous patient but Moon puts me at ease with his lovely, calming manner and clear explanations. Everyone is always friendly and helpful at this practice. When making an appointment six months in advance, it is very easy to forget about it when making other shorter term plans; the reminder one month in advance helps considerably in this respect. Also, the confirmation of attendance message makes for an efficient operation.
I had my check-up with Rosie Gamble who, as always, was very efficient and explained everything concisely. Not that I needed it, I felt that her "bedside manner" was very reassuring and calming.

Reassured me throughout
My first appointment today. From reception to the dentist chair was such a positive experience. I have always had a fear of dentists in general but not today. Sofia listened and reassured me throughout. I highly recommend.
