Calm and professional
I'm nervous and have a gagging reflex but Moon is patient and understanding. He explains any procedures and makes sure that any concerns or questions are addressed. He puts you at ease with his calm and professional demeanour. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

The front of a crown in the middle of my mouth broke off. This was very visible and unsightly. Moons rearranged their schedule to be able to treat the problem on the same day. Their responsiveness and flexibility were exemplary. They saved the day for me!
