When making an appointment six months in advance, it is very easy to forget about it when making other shorter term plans; the reminder one month in advance helps considerably in this respect. Also, the confirmation of attendance message makes for an efficient operation.
I had my check-up with Rosie Gamble who, as always, was very efficient and explained everything concisely. Not that I needed it, I felt that her "bedside manner" was very reassuring and calming.

Reassured me throughout

My first appointment today. From reception to the dentist chair was such a positive experience. I have always had a fear of dentists in general but not today. Sofia listened and reassured me throughout. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend

Very professional from booking appointment to a reminder being sent and then running to time. My dentist was clear with what she was doing and explained everything. I would highly recommend this dentist.
