I visited today for an emergency repair on a broken tooth. I was greeted by name by the receptionist, which was nice and not expected. I was seen, almost immediately by Moon who was his usual charming and upbeat self.
He took a look at the broken tooth and explained exactly what he was going to do to repair it. The procedure took less than 20 minutes. When he was satisfied I was happy with what he’d done and he’d explained the various options open to me if this repair didn’t last, long term, he asked if I had any questions and then sent me on my way with a friendly farewell. All in all a very pleasant experience from a true professional.

Wonderful experience as always!
I’ve been coming to this dental practice for over 10 years, and I continue to be impressed. I had a great experience today with the hygienist, Steph—she was thorough, gentle, and made the whole visit comfortable. The reception team were also very warm and welcoming, as always. It’s been great to see the recent improvements around the practice—everything looks modern, fresh, and up to date. It’s clear the team takes pride in keeping the standard high. Highly recommend!

Excellent service
The service at Moon's was excellent. I was able to book an appointment very quickly when I had an issue despite not having been there before. I was seen straight away on arrival and my issues were quickly diagnosed and explained to me. The staff were all very friendly and I will certainly be using this surgery for any future dental work/appointments.

My recent appointment at Moons Dental Limited
Sensitive appreciation of my problem, followed by thorough investigation and X-ray. Difficulty in finding precise cause of 5 days of much pain, but decision that it may be infection, so supplied with 5 day course of antibiotic. Discomfort slightly improved after one days dose of antibiotics, with pain subsiding a little.
