Had a visit today to change the bonding between my top teeth. Pauline Desmond is such a fab dentist. She’s so caring, continuously checks you are ok and goes above and beyond any other dentist I’ve visited in past years. I’m a nervous patient but that is no bother at this practice. The whole team are just great.

So, my half yearly visit with Dr. P.D. Just routine now as I’ve been a regular visitor for years. She explained that it is the surgeries 30th anniversary (not 40?,I thought 🤪) Me and the wife have been there since opening, my parents, my son and granddaughter have followed on. Always been attentive, professional, great advice, caring, listening, fully trustworthy, there if an ‘urgency’ pokes its head up. The apprentices can , and I’m sure do, learn a lot here. Receptionists are equally professional and attentive , no problems or dramas. 100%👍🦆

Doctor Davison was brilliant as always. He has an excellent bedside manner. Very calming. Very welcoming.
The System of arrival at the dental practice is odd and very unwelcoming.
You stand outside shivering in the cold while a lady asks questions. Then when you get inside in the warm, she comments on how cold it is outside. Of course it is because she keeps me waiting at the door instead of letting me in straight away. Very silly system. She Should let you in when you give your name because she has all the names of patients that she is expecting on the screen in front of her surely.
Fortunately, the Dentist himself is excellent. He gets five stars. The receptionist gets minus one.

Best decision I ever made moving my 17 year old son to this dentist was seen by sia who engaged with him from the moment we walked through the door explaining everything to him and making him feel very comfortable. We have a long road ahead of us due to him being born with some missing teeth, but feel really happy that Sia will be the best person to help my lad through this process

I had a cracked back tooth which required an extraction, my dentist (Brian Davison) was amazing and very kind, asking me during the procedure if I was ok and keeping me informed along the way. A follow up call the next day to check I was ok from the reception team was appreciated and subsequently fitting me in the day after as I wasn’t sure it was healing. It turned out I had an infected gum which they then put me onto antibiotics straight away.

Problem tooth
This tooth problem has been ongoing for about 10 months and infection after infection. Wanted this one out but they are reluctant for some reason to take out. Unfortunately I am now worried that I could get another infection as my date for extraction is not until October. Unreasonable length of time to have an extraction my inspection was over a month ago or more. I just feel they have gone down hill and there seems to be a lot of changes in the staffing. Maybe they need to have a good look at whats going on as when you pay private you expect a decent quick service.
