I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the time you had to wait for your appointment.
It is Practice Policy to reserve 2 or 3 appointments daily, in each Dentist's diary, for patients who are in pain, have swelling or trauma. These appointments are released on the day.
I am not sure what time you called on 30th August, as your dentist had appointments available, but perhaps these were not convenient for you.
If we have no emergency, or suitable, appointments available, we ask patients to call in at 8.30am the next working day, in your case 2nd September. Your dentist had emergency appointments available for us to book but, as you told us you were not in pain, we booked you in the next available regular appointment on 4th September.
I apologise if we misunderstood the urgency of your appointment.

I would recommend the surgery to anyone

The surgery is friendly and makes patients feel at ease even though you are really anxious. The staff will try their best to arrange appoints that suit you and rearrange when possible. I would recommend the surgery to anyone.

Brilliant dentist

My 14 year old daughter had a very stubborn tooth removed to fit a brace at a later date, to be honest I don't think she would have coped without Mr Hiddermass. He is brilliant!
