I am always completely happy with your Dental practice. Reception are lovely and any work l have done is done with care as I don't get on very well with treatment.

Newport Pagnell Dental

The dental treatment was excellent. the experience of contacting and dealing with your administration was awful and stressful. You appear to be unaware of the needs of deaf patients and of the requirements of the Equalities Act. I am exploring my options of moving to a new dentist. I am a very annoyed and upset patient.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed that you feel we don't understand your needs as a deaf patient and that you have found our administrative services stressful to deal with. Our team are very aware of how to support patients with physical disability, speech, hearing and visual impairment and have been trained to ask every patient their preferred contact method so that we do our best to keep in touch using preferred methods.
