Appointment time 16.25.
Arrived and checked in at 16:00.
Wasn't seen until 1645, really not happy as another patient arrived after me at 1625 and was seen before me despite being obviously late for her own appointment, very unprofessional.

Thanks for getting in touch regarding your last appointment. I'm sorry to hear we kept you waiting 20 minutes after your appointment time and arriving 25 minutes earlier than your appointment, we appreciate the wait probably felt really long. We do try hard to keep to time as we appreciate the inconvenience of being delayed. In terms of another patient arriving after you and being see, we do run 5 surgeries at Newport Pagnell so they may have been seeing another clinician. However please accept our apologies and we will pass your feedback onto your Clinician so they understand how being delayed made you feel.

Emergency treatment

I needed emergency treatment. I arrived at 8:30, asked for help and was seen a short while later and my problem dealt with. Cannot ask for more than that.

Best treatment I have received by far

Dr Davidson has recently fitted a crown for me. It wouldn't have been any better in Harley Street the best treatment I have received by far and all staff and dental nurses go the extra mile every visit.
