Emergency appointment

My tooth hurt like hell during last weekend. Being a member of the dental plan, I had an emergency appointment once a year and I managed to see the dentist to fix it the next day. Brilliant! Thank you.

We are however very sorry if you felt your scale & polish treatment was inadequate for your needs. The Dentist offers a scale and polish treatment option, normally following a check-up, which is for a de-scale and a gentle polish to help reduce plaque and tartar and freshen up your teeth and gums. If however you feel a deeper clean is needed, we would strongly recommend a hygienist appointment which is a much longer appointment and focuses on de-scaling your teeth and all the little gaps between your teeth and gums to remove plaque and tartar, particularly good for problematic areas which are harder to reach. This is followed by a more thorough clean and polish. We hope this information helps but you can always discuss with the Dentist at your next visit, they'll be happy to advise you. Exemplary service

I always receive exemplary service from my Dentist team which includes the reception team, Brian Davison, and the lady that works with him in the room, I don’t know her name but there’s been various people and they’re always excellent.
