The children were handled sensitively

All staff were friendly and welcoming. The actual practice was clean and tidy in the reception area, waiting area, toilets and consultation room. The children were handled sensitively and were made to feel at ease with going to the dentist. Every time we go we are always very pleased with the premises and staff.

Friendly staff and a lovely dentist who puts us at ease. Good communication and reminders for appointments which is important when they are a year apart.

Root canal treatment

My options for root canal treatment were very clearly explained, including going to a specialist instead of my normal dentist. I have always had confidence in my dentist's treatment and so far, despite problems with killing off the infection, it has been going fine.
