Dr Hiddema is a great dentist

Newport Pagnell Dental

The dentist and nurse were exceptionally good, a credit to the practice totally professional and put you at total ease.
However to have to pay £58 on top just because i had not been for 2years (had never been told of this before) and then they insist you join a monthly plan, is extraordinary and will stop me from returning in future.

We are delighted you like our team but sorry to hear you are disappointed with our fees. Our practice ethos is about providing routine dental care and treatment for patients who come to see us regularly and this is why we became a Dental Care Plan practice for all new patients 12 months ago. You are considered a new patient if you have not visited for 2+ years. The care plan covers all your routine check-ups and cleans with the dentist and also provides some help & insurance for emergency situations. It offers a significant cost saving on routine visits and an additional 10% discount off any treatment required so it s great value for money.
We do hope you will reconsider your decision especially as you were so delighted with the care we provided and now you have visited us, it would be a good time to join the plan and achieve a regular routine for your dental well-being.
