I have no problems with my dental care but the receptionist recently upset me no end. I object to being adressed as my love and darling. I feel that i am being patronised . This could make me change my surgery

I couldn't ask for better
Being a nervous patient, I couldn't have asked for more. The staff all put me at ease and I have total faith in Dr Hidema. I couldn't ask for better.

Receptionists were very polite
Receptionists were very polite and very helpful when booking emergency appointment and when I arrived. The dentist I saw was very friendly and put me at ease, explaining what my symptoms indicated and how we could look to remedy it.
