Newport Pagnell Dental

The actual appointment was fine. However my appointment was the first one of the day and the dentist arrived at the time I was supposed to be in the chair! Obviously my appointment was then late as he prepared for the day. I expect the first appointment of the day to be on time.

We are very sorry that the Dentist arrived late and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you, especially given you were his first patient of the day. We have spoken to the Dentist concerned, he sends his profuse apologies and is conscious of the impact his late arrival had on not only you, but other patients attending his morning clinic. He has reassured us he will make a concerted effort to improve his time-keeping and we will continue to monitor this too.
We really value your feedback and thank you for bringing this to our attention enabling us to highlight the problem to the Dentist so that improvements can be made.

The experience is extremely positive. I went for a check-up and clean and polish. Dr Davison was very thorough, professional and reassuring. I really recommend the practice and especially Dr Davison.

Today's visit was an emergency appointment and it was so easy for me.
The staff were friendly and helpful as usual. I'm a very nervous patient, but the dentist soon put me at my ease. I would wholly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you so much for your help.

On this occasion I had a tooth extraction. I'm so nervous about the dentists, but Brian Davison is a real gem. He puts me at my ease and when I was totally relaxed he began to extract my tooth. It was over so quickly. I thought it was only half way through, but no Brian told me it was all done.

I can't sing Brian's praises enough. He is so charming and quiet and I really admire him for putting up with me. 🧓
