I can not thank Pauline enough

I used to have a real phobia about going to the dentist but Dr Pauline Desmond and her assistants made me feel at ease, I can not thank Pauline enough for the treatment she provided and the kind gentle way she dealt with me.

Had an emergency appointment in a few hours of phoning and given thorough exam before antibiotics prescribed for inflammation. Very happy with service.

Newport Pagnell Dental

Attended a check up appointment on 30 October where it was established I required a filling. I could not get an appointment for that treatment until 16 January. Ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that we could not find a suitable appointment for your dental treatment until January.
Along with the normal Christmas period where we do have limited appointment space, we have also experienced a huge increase in demand recently, particularly for late or early appointments. Please be assured we are doing our best to meet this increase and have arranged for some of our Dentist to open additional days at the practice to accommodate more treatment time between now and Christmas..
If you would like to get back in touch we will check our diaries again and see if we can find other options for you.

Brain is an amazing dentist, so patient. If you suffer with anxiety or a nervous patient I couldn’t recommend him enough.
