Despite our best efforts to keep clinincs on time, from time to time an unplanned emergency arises or a problem occurs during treatment occurs which causes us to run a little late. It is unfortunate but often unavoidable as we want to do our best for whoever we are seeing, but we do appreciate the inconvenience this can cause for the patients waiting. Whole experience was joyful

Professional and emotionally intelligent engagement from two ladies at reception and the hygienist.
Service was good, hygienist educated me on my wrongs and the whole experience was joyful.

So pleased with my hygienist appointment. They were so friendly and explained everything clearly and checked I understood and was happy throughout. Answered all my questions and concerns professionally and knowledgeably. Will definitely go back!

Great interacting with our daughter

Dr Islam is very approachable and was great interacting with our daughter. He managed to get a look at all of her teeth and was very patient and understanding of an almost two year old. Pleasant visit to the dentist as always thank you
